Flexport had the privilege of manufacturing the exhibition items for Affno stall displayed at Bahrain International eGovernment Forum 2012. The items were manufactured within 2 days and was airlifted to Bahrain. We thank the management of Affno for trusting us in making this challenge a success.

The Global Commerce Excellence awards ceremony was held in Colombo to honour personalities who stood by the country during bad times. The event was organized by Central Bank and Shipper Council.

Sri Lanka Presidential Export Awards recognize exporters contributed to economy most. Exporters who contributed most for the Sri Lanka's economic development during the years 2007, 2008 and 2009 received awards from the President Mahinda Rajapaksa. The awards were held this year after a lapse of four years. The Export Development Board presented 57 awards that were manufactured by Flexport.

"Flexport Innovation Digital Dagaba for spiritual up liftment of human kind"

Flexport has innovated it with the combination of internet technology and electronics. The Digital Dagaba is activated with touch and it recites pansil, bana & pirith and can listen to it from anywhere in the world. It encompases 18,000 suthra's to enrich the spiritual values of expactriates and the locals in commemeration of 2600 years of Sambuddhathwa Jayanthi.
The first prototype was presented to HE the President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Cooperative Century celebrations held in Kurunegala on 3rd July 2011.
