Location:
The hotel site is located at Kengalle , Kandy off the Kandy – Digana High way , a distance of 13km from the city of Kandy.
The land is 13 Acres in extent. , the location being extremely picturesque, surrounded by misty mountains with forest cover, an  ideal eco tourism hide out, overlooking the Victoria Reservoir and surrounded by the Hantana Mountains, the Hunasgiriya  Mountain Range and the Knuckles Mountain Range.
